sits                                 waits
softly

in the bruiselight             as rain

sulks down         the river                   

                                                             runs

                                           through weircrest

wraps itself
                            in silence           fisher bird

stirs             studies water
                                              &
                                                 dives

somewhere else                     a door slams shut
